Information you choose to send
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, requirement type, requirement details, and preferred contact method. The full contact-page form also asks for a property or project type and an explicit acknowledgement that the details may be used to review and respond to the enquiry.
Email, location, timeline, and a reference link are optional, except that an email address is required when Email is selected as the preferred contact method.
The updates form asks only for an email address. Submitting it records a subscription request; it does not automatically add the address to a persistent mailing-list database.
How the information is used
We use enquiry details to understand the requirement, review the practical next step, respond through the method you selected, and coordinate any conversation you choose to continue.
Update-request details are used only to consider or manage Lodhi’s updates. Request and delivery metadata may also be processed to prevent abuse and diagnose a failed submission.
Where form submissions go
The current website does not store enquiry or update-request records in its own database. Valid submissions are delivered through the configured email service to a business-controlled inbox.
A reference link is included as text in that message. The website does not automatically open, download, or inspect the linked content.
Retention and deletion
Messages may remain in the business mailbox while the enquiry is being handled and for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, operational records, or a legal requirement. Hosting and email providers may retain technical logs under their own settings.
You can ask us to correct or remove details connected with your enquiry. We will assess the request against any information we still hold and any record we must lawfully keep.
Service providers and sharing
Website hosting and the configured SMTP email provider process the limited data needed to deliver and protect the forms. We do not sell the details submitted through this website.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the website from abuse, or to a service provider acting on the business’s instructions.
Security and website data
The forms use strict validation, a submission-size limit, origin checks, abuse controls, and encrypted SMTP transport. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
This implementation does not add advertising trackers or an analytics product. The hosting platform may still process standard request logs needed to serve and protect the website.
Your choices and update requests
To ask about your information, correct an enquiry, request deletion, or stop receiving updates, contact us using the details below. You can also reply directly to any update you receive with an unsubscribe request.
The website’s update form sends a request to the business; it does not itself confirm that you have been subscribed.
